What is this?

When people give you advice, they give it from their own context. You know your own life more than others. If there is one thing you want in life and one thing only, what is it? I want to get High Distinctions in all university subjects. I am looking to redeem myself. I want to get back to my roots. I am going to leave Facebook.

Stop checking your email.

You can't improve something, if you don't know how it works. If you want to improve memory, you will need to know how memory works or how the brain functions. If you want to improve social skills, you need to know how it works.

A key to a good relationship (friends or else) is that the emotions are synchronised. Both feel the same at the same time.

At least I'm using my brain, so I'm happy.
